How to Place Your Order
You can place your order the following ways:
1.  Order online
2.  Email your order
3.  Call in your order

Payment Types
When you've finished your order and click checkout, you'll be directed to the Order Summary page.  You'll be given 2 options to pay for your order.  Online Payment and Offline Payment.
Offline Payment
At the Order Summary page select the Offline Payment option

To receive an Invoice and pay within 30:
If you already have a credit account with us, we will process and deliver your order and send you an invoice for the amount due.  Payment must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.

If you want to establish a credit account with us, please call Lynn at 612-388-1833.  Upon credit approval, you can then receive an invoice and pay amount due within 30 days.  The customer agrees to pay invoices in full within 30 days of invoice date.  Invoice that are past due are subject to a 1.5% (18% annually) per month late charge calculated on the unpaid balance.
Pay for your Order using a Pay Link:
We can also email you a pay link for you to pay for your order before delivery.  Otherwise, payment must be due at time of delivery.  We accept the following forms of payment at time of delivery:
Debit/Credit Card
Personal or Company Checks
Money Order or Cashier's Check
Note:  If your order must be shipped the carrier cannot accept payment for your order at time of delivery.  We can send you a pay link for you to pay for your order if you don't have a credit account with us.
Online Payment
At Order Summary page select the Debit/Credit Card option if you want to pay online.  Janics Supply Company accepts the following credit cards:
Visa and MasterCard
Minimum Order
There is no minimum dollar amount that you must order.  However, items may have a minimum quantity order, i.e. sold in case quantities only, sold by the pallet only, etc.  Minimum quantities may be required for specialty items or custom made items.
Return Policy
Return any stock item within 30 days for a refund or credit.  This policy excludes the following:
-  Custom items/specialty items
-  Items marked "non-refundable"
If Janics Supply Company or the manufacturer is at fault, we will make arrangements for free return shipping/delivery.  Otherwise customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping/delivery charges.  To return an item, please call Lynn at 612-388-1833.
Need to Cancel Your Order?
Let us know as soon as possible should you need to cancel your order.  If you paid by debit/credit card, we will reverse the charge.  The reversal should show up on your debit/credit card in 1-3 business days.  If the product you ordered has already been shipped, customer is responsible for return shipping/delivery costs.
Bulk Pricing
If you purchase in bulk i.e. pallets, totes, etc. please contact Lynn at 612-388-1833 for a customized quote on your needs.
Sales Tax Exemption
If your organization is Tax exempt please email your order or call in your order.  Send your email to lynn@janicssupplycompany.com or call Lynn at 612-38-1833.  Please have your exemption number ready.  This applies to sales within the State of Minnesota only.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for special order returns of merchandise.  Any questions, please contact Lynn at 612-388-1833.
Pricing
All Products listed on this website are subject to price increases and can change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returned Checks
The customer agrees to reimburse Janics Supply Company for any bank fees received for checks returned due to insufficient funds.  The customer agrees to pay for any expenses Janics Supply Company incurs in collecting unpaid debt, including but not limited to attorney's fees, collection agent fees and court costs.
Holiday Closing
Janics Supply Company is closed for the following holidays:  Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.  Our website will be available 24 hours day, 7 days a week.  Orders will be processed on the next regular business day.

Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. 
Age Requirement to Purchase Products
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products on this site.  By purchasing products on this site you certify that you are at least 18 years old.
Non-Online Items
Janics Supply Company has access to products that are not shown on this site.  If you need something that isn't on the site call Lynn at 612-388-1833 during normal business hours.
